I paid but Pro isn't applied
What to check, in order, when your plan doesn't show up in the program after payment.
Updated Oct 07, 2026
It normally applies within a minute
Once payment completes, the program picks up the new plan at its next license check. Right after payment it checks immediately, so it should apply within about a minute. If you started checkout from inside the program, the browser shows a "Return to the program" screen; then look at the program.
If nothing has changed after a minute, go through the steps below. Most cases are solved at step 2.
1. Restart the program
- Close Panohaus completely. If it's still in the taskbar, end it.
- Launch it again. It re-checks your plan at startup.
- Look at the plan name shown in the program, or open the export screen and see whether the watermark notice is gone.
2. Make sure it's the same account
This is the most common cause. For example, if you paid with your Kakao account but the program is signed in with your Google account, those are two different accounts and the plan won't carry over.
- Open My account in your browser and check whether the plan shows Pro.
- Compare it with the account email signed in inside the program.
- If they differ, sign out of the program, sign in with the account you paid with, and link the PC again with the 8-digit code.
3. Check your plan status in My account
The first screen of My account shows your current plan and next billing date.
- It says Pro but the program says Free → Go to step 4 (PC link).
- My account also says Free → Check your payment history in Billing and receipts. If there's no record, the payment didn't complete. Even if your card issuer sent an approval alert, an interrupted payment is voided automatically. Try again or contact us.
- You applied as a business via bank transfer → Your license activates once we confirm the deposit. Until then it shows Free. If it hasn't changed a day after you paid, contact us.
4. Make sure this PC is linked to your account
Your plan only applies to PCs linked (activated) to your account.
- Check Devices to see whether the PC you're using is listed.
- If not, link your PC again with the program's 8-digit code.
- If you're told your device limit is full, release a PC you no longer use and link again. See Moving to a new PC.
5. If you bought a one-time product
One-time products aren't subscriptions, so the plan name may not change.
- Single-tour export credit: Your plan stays Free. Use the credit on a tour when exporting, and that tour alone exports without a watermark at original resolution. Your remaining credits show in My account.
- Pro 7-day or 30-day pass: Shows as Pro for the duration, then returns to Free automatically.
- Individual skin: Your plan doesn't change; only that skin is unlocked in the skin list.
6. If it still isn't working, contact us
Include the details below and we'll find and fix it right away.
- The email of the account you paid with
- Your order number (in the receipt email or in Billing and receipts)
- Payment date and time
- A screenshot of the plan screen in the program
Still stuck?
Gather the details above and send them via Contact support. We can check the payment record and apply the plan manually.
