Canceling, refunds, receipts, and tax invoices

Two-click cancellation, full refunds within 14 days, receipts, and Korean tax invoices for businesses, all in one place.

Updated Oct 07, 2026

Canceling (two clicks)

  1. Go to My account > Billing and receipts and click Cancel subscription.
  2. Click Cancel once more in the confirmation. That's it.
  • You keep full use until the end of the paid period: the day before your next billing date for monthly, or the end of the paid year for annual. Then your account switches to Free with no further charges.
  • Your projects stay and can still be edited. Tours you've already exported keep working.
  • The reason survey is optional, and there are no pop-ups trying to talk you out of it.
  • You can re-subscribe any time.

Getting a refund

Subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of payment

No questions asked.

  1. In Billing and receipts, click Request refund next to the payment.
  2. Confirm. Your account switches to Free immediately and you get a confirmation email.

If you'd rather not do it yourself, you can also ask support to process it.

The money returns to the card or payment service you used; depending on the issuer, it can take a few days to appear.

One-time products: full refund if unused

Single-tour export credits, Pro passes, and individual skins are refundable in full within 14 days as long as they haven't been used. Once a credit is spent on a tour, a pass has started, or a skin has been used in an export, a refund isn't available. This is stated on the checkout screen before you pay.

Annual plan, more than 14 days after payment

If you cancel partway through, we refund the remaining period: the amount paid minus months used × the regular monthly price, with no penalty. This can't be done from Billing and receipts, so contact support and we'll calculate and process it.

Full details are in the refund policy.

Receipts

  • Card and mobile payments: In Billing and receipts, click View receipt next to a payment to see the card sales slip. We also email a receipt after every payment.
  • Monthly subscriptions: A receipt email arrives with each monthly charge.
  • Annual subscriptions: We remind you 30 days and 7 days before renewal, then email a receipt after the charge.

Tax invoices for businesses

Korean businesses can receive an electronic tax invoice (세금계산서) by paying for an annual plan via bank transfer.

  1. On Pricing, turn on the Business? toggle. Prices split into supply amount and VAT.
  2. Choose an annual plan and follow the bank transfer and tax invoice route.
  3. Enter your company name, business registration number, representative, address, and the email for the tax invoice.
  4. Transfer the amount to the account shown.
  5. Once we confirm the deposit, your license activates and the tax invoice is issued.
  • Businesses that pay by card receive a card sales slip in place of a tax invoice. It works for VAT filing as-is; a separate tax invoice is not issued.
  • Monthly plans have no tax invoice route. If you need one, use annual bank transfer.

If prices change

Existing subscribers get 30 days' notice by email and we ask for your separate consent. If you don't agree, your subscription isn't renewed and switches to Free when the paid period ends. Early-bird prices stay fixed while you keep your subscription. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

If a payment fails

If auto-renewal fails because of a card limit or expiry, your plan stays active for 7 days while we retry and email you. Update your payment method in Billing and receipts. After 7 days of failures your account switches to Free, but your projects are not deleted.
