Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-13 · Effective Oct 13, 2026

This Refund Policy governs withdrawal and refunds for Panohaus subscriptions and one-time products sold by 인노드 (the "Company") on this website. It forms part of the Terms of Service and does not limit any rights guaranteed to consumers under applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea.

Article 1 (Subscription Refunds)

  1. Members may receive a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of a subscription payment date (whether the initial payment or a renewal payment).
  2. Upon refund, the subscription ends immediately and the account moves to the Free plan. Projects and tours already exported are unaffected.
  3. Refunds within 14 days can be requested directly from My Account > Payments and receipts (Article 6(1)).

Article 2 (One-Time Product Refunds)

  1. One-time products (tour export credits, Pro passes, and individual skins) may be refunded in full within 14 days of payment only if they are unused.
  2. "Use" is defined as follows.
    • Export credit: when the credit is applied to a tour. A bundle of 3 credits is refundable only if none of the 3 has been used.
    • Pro pass: the validity period begins at payment, and use is deemed to have begun when the software receives Pro entitlements on a device through license verification after payment.
    • Individual skin: when a tour is exported with that skin applied.
  3. After use, provision of digital content is deemed to have begun and refunds are restricted. The Company displays this fact directly above the payment button and obtains the member's consent before proceeding with payment.
  4. Credits from a 3-credit bundle that have expired at the end of the validity period (1 year from purchase) are not refundable.

Article 3 (Early Cancellation of Yearly Subscriptions)

  1. If a yearly subscription is cancelled more than 14 days after the payment date, the member may receive a refund of the remaining amount calculated as follows.

Refund = amount paid − (months used × the plan's standard monthly price)

  2. Months used are counted from the payment date to the cancellation request date in whole months, with any partial month counted as a full month. The standard monthly prices are KRW 5,900 for Starter, KRW 14,900 for Pro, and KRW 29,900 for Studio (VAT included).

  3. No penalty or separate fee is charged. If the formula yields zero or a negative amount, no refund is due, and the member may instead continue using the service until the end of the paid period.

  4. Example: a member who paid KRW 149,000 for Pro yearly and cancels in the 4th month receives KRW 149,000 − (4 × KRW 14,900) = KRW 89,400.

  5. Even where the member paid a discounted price such as an early-bird price, the deduction for months used is based on the standard monthly price.

  6. Early cancellation refunds cannot be requested through the refund request in My Account; they are requested through customer support under Article 6(2) and are processed after the Company's review. Full refunds within 14 days of payment are requested from My Account under Article 1.

Article 4 (Cancelling Monthly Subscriptions)

  1. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the member may continue using the service until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan.
  2. A monthly subscription is refundable in full under Article 1 within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, the current month's fee is not refunded and no further payment is charged.
  3. Cancellation is completed in two clicks from My Account > Payments and receipts > Cancel subscription.

Article 5 (Payment Failure)

  1. If a recurring payment fails, the Company retries up to 3 times during a 7-day grace period and emails the member after each attempt with instructions for updating the payment method.
  2. Plan entitlements remain active during the grace period.
  3. If payment is still unsuccessful after the grace period, the account moves to the Free plan. The member's projects are not deleted, and tours already exported continue to work.
  4. No refundable amount arises when an account moves to the Free plan due to payment failure.

Article 6 (How to Request a Refund)

  1. From My Account: log in to this website and select "Request refund" on the relevant payment under My Account > Payments and receipts. Subscription refunds within 14 days of payment and refunds of unused one-time products are processed immediately this way.
  2. Through customer support: for early cancellation refunds of yearly subscriptions more than 14 days after payment (Article 3), refunds of business bank-transfer payments, and any other case not handled in My Account, use the support inquiry form or email support@panohaus.com. Including your registered email address and order number speeds up processing.

Article 7 (Processing Time and Method)

  1. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  2. The Company submits the cancellation to the payment gateway within 3 business days of receiving the refund request.
  3. The time until the refund is completed depends on the payment method.
    • Credit or debit card: 3 to 7 business days after the cancellation request, depending on the card issuer. Depending on the issuer's billing cycle, the reversal may appear on the following month's statement.
    • Simple payment services (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, and others): 3 to 7 business days, depending on the service's policy.
  4. The Company emails the member when the refund is complete.

Article 8 (Refunds of Business Bank-Transfer Payments)

  1. The refund rules in Articles 1 and 3 apply equally to business members who paid for a yearly plan by bank transfer.
  2. The refund is transferred to a bank account in the business's name designated by the member, within 7 business days after the Company confirms the request.
  3. If an electronic tax invoice has already been issued, the Company issues an amended tax invoice for the refunded amount.
  4. No cost is incurred if the request is cancelled before the deposit is made.

Article 9 (Restrictions on Withdrawal and Exceptions)

  1. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be restricted once provision of digital content has begun. The Company restricts withdrawal only where both of the following conditions are met.
    • Before payment, the Company clearly displayed on the checkout screen that withdrawal would be restricted and obtained the member's consent.
    • The Company offered an opportunity for trial use, such as the Free plan and skin previews.
  2. Under those conditions, withdrawal is restricted for used export credits, Pro passes whose use has begun, and individual skins that have been applied to an exported tour.
  3. Notwithstanding the restriction, withdrawal or a refund remains available in the following cases.
    • Within 14 days of a subscription payment (Article 1)
    • The remaining, not-yet-provided period of a yearly subscription (Article 3)
    • Where the content provided differs from what was displayed or advertised, or the contract was performed differently from its terms: within 3 months of receiving the content, or within 30 days of the date the member learned or could have learned of the fact
    • Where the software fails to operate normally due to a cause attributable to the Company and the problem is not resolved
  4. Withdrawal is not restricted if the Company did not display the restriction or did not offer trial use.

Article 10 (Price Changes)

  1. If the Company increases a subscription fee, it notifies existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the increase applies and obtains separate consent.
  2. If the member does not consent, the subscription does not renew after the current period ends, and the fee for the period already paid does not change.
  3. If an increased amount is charged without the member's consent, the Company refunds the difference in full.
  4. Members who paid under a promotion that explicitly fixes the price keep that price for as long as the subscription is maintained. The early-bird offer is such a price-fixed promotion. However, if the member cancels and later subscribes again, the price in effect at the time of the new subscription applies.

  2. Subscriptions, passes, export credits and skins are added to the member's account as soon as payment completes and can be used in the Panohaus program signed in with the same account. If the program is already running, the change applies when the member clicks "Check now" in Settings or restarts the program.
  3. The program is downloaded from the website's download page.
