End User License Agreement
Version 2026-10-13 · Effective Oct 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between 인노드 (the "Company") and the individual or entity that installs or uses the Panohaus software (the "Software") (the "User"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Article 1 (Grant of License)
- Subject to the User's compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on the number of Windows PCs permitted by the User's plan.
- The number of PCs that may be active at the same time is 1 for Free, 1 for Starter, 2 for Pro, and 3 for Studio.
- The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
- The license is tied to the User's account. One-time products (export credits and skins) are also tied to the account, not to a PC.
Article 2 (Scope of Use by Plan)
- Free: for non-commercial, evaluation, and learning purposes only. Exported tours carry the Company's watermark, and feature limits such as 10 panoramas per tour and 4K resolution apply.
- Starter: may be used commercially. A "Made with Panohaus" credit appears at the bottom of exported tours.
- Pro: may be used commercially. The User may apply their own logo and loading screen, and no credit is shown.
- Studio: in addition to all Pro entitlements, the User may create white-label tours from which remaining references to the Company, including in metadata and source code, are also removed, and may resell them or deliver them to clients as a service provider.
- Pro pass (7-day or 30-day): during the validity period, the User may use the Software to the same extent as the Pro plan. The pass does not renew when it expires, and the account returns to Free conditions.
- Export credit: allows one designated tour to be exported without a watermark at original resolution. Once applied, that tour may continue to be edited and re-exported.
- Detailed features of each plan are as displayed on the pricing page of this website.
Article 3 (Output)
- Rights in tours that the User creates and exports with the Software (the HTML files and the User's photographs, text, and settings they contain, collectively the "Output") belong to the User. The Company claims no ownership of the Output.
- Any watermark or credit shown in the Output is determined by the plan in effect at the time of export or by the export credit used.
- The Company's components included in the Output, such as skins and viewer code, are licensed to the User for distribution and publication as part of the Output. They may not be separated, redistributed on their own, or used in other products.
- Output that has already been exported continues to work after a subscription ends or an account is deleted. The Company does not build expiry mechanisms or remote deactivation into the Output. Skins applied to already-exported tours also remain permanently.
- Tours newly exported after a subscription ends are subject to Free conditions, except that any remaining export credits and individually purchased skins remain available.
- The User warrants that they hold the rights necessary for the photographs and content used in the Output and is responsible for any infringement of third-party rights.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
The User must not:
- install the Software on more PCs than permitted, or share a single account among multiple people;
- copy (other than a reasonable backup copy), distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or attempt to extract its source code, except (a) program code analysis permitted by Article 101-4 of the Korean Copyright Act or otherwise by applicable law, and (b) reverse engineering of the open-source components in Article 6 (such as LGPL libraries) for modification and debugging as their licenses permit;
- circumvent, tamper with, or disable technical protection measures such as license verification, device limits, or the offline grace period;
- remove or obscure watermarks or credit notices by means not permitted under the User's plan, or create or distribute tools for that purpose;
- remove or alter the Software's trademarks, copyright notices, or other notices; or
- use the Software to create content that violates the law or infringes the rights of third parties.
Article 5 (Online License Verification)
- The Software contacts the Company's server at startup and every 6 hours thereafter to verify the User's plan and entitlements. During this process, the device identifier (hashed), PC name, operating system, software version, and IP address are transmitted. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- If the server cannot be reached, the Software may continue to be used offline for 7 days (Free and Starter) or 14 days (Pro and Studio) from the last successful check. If no connection is made after the grace period, the Software operates under Free conditions.
- A PC that has not contacted the server for 30 days or more is deactivated automatically and can be reconnected by logging in again.
- The User may deactivate PCs themselves from My Account or within the Software up to 3 times in any rolling 30-day period (5 for Studio).
Article 6 (Third-Party Software and Open Source)
- The Software includes third-party libraries and fonts licensed under open-source licenses such as MIT, BSD, Apache, LGPL, and the SIL Open Font License (OFL). Those components are governed first by their respective license terms.
- The list of included open-source components and the full text of their licenses are available on the "About" screen of the Software.
- Nothing in this Agreement limits the rights granted to the User under those open-source licenses.
Article 7 (Updates)
- The Company may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the Software, and the Software notifies the User when a new version is available.
- This Agreement applies equally to updates. If the Company attaches separate terms to an update, those terms prevail.
- The Company may add, change, or discontinue specific features and may end support for earlier versions after reasonable advance notice.
Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
- The Software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- The Company does not warrant that the Software will operate without interruption or error.
- This Article does not limit rights guaranteed to consumers under applicable law, including the Content Industry Promotion Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
- Unless the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Company's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount the User paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months.
- The User is responsible for backing up their own project files and Output.
Article 10 (Termination)
- The User may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Software and deleting their account.
- If the User breaches this Agreement, the Company may terminate the license after prior notice, or immediately in the case of a material breach.
- Upon termination, the User must stop using the Software and delete all installed copies. Output already exported may continue to be used after termination in accordance with Article 3(4).
- Articles 3, 4, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination of this Agreement.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute relating to this Agreement by consultation. If a dispute is not resolved, it shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Article 12 (Miscellaneous)
- If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, or the Privacy Policy, this Agreement prevails with respect to installation and use of the Software.
- If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Questions about this Agreement may be sent to support@panohaus.com.
