Billing and refund questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two clicks in My account; you keep access until the end of the paid period, then switch to Free. We never nag you with repeated retention popups.
What happens to exported tours when my subscription ends?
They keep working. We put no expiry in exported HTML. Your project files still open; only new exports use Free limits.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Switch to Business, request a yearly plan by bank transfer, and we issue an electronic tax invoice after confirming the transfer. Card payments get a card sales slip instead.
What if I change PCs?
Deactivate the old PC in My account > Devices and log in on the new one. Self-deactivation is limited to 3 per rolling 30 days (Studio 5); PCs unseen for 30 days are released automatically.
