Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-13 · Effective Oct 13, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 인노드 (the "Company") and members regarding the Panohaus software and the account, subscription, payment, and license management services provided through this website (together, the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means everything the Company provides through this website and the software, including Panohaus downloads, license issuance and verification, account management, and payment for subscriptions and one-time products.
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms, entered into a service agreement with the Company, and been issued an account.
- "Subscription" means an agreement under which fees are charged automatically each interval (monthly or yearly) and a paid plan's features (Starter, Pro, or Studio) are available during that interval.
- "One-time product" means a product purchased with a single payment and no automatic billing: tour export credits, Pro passes, and individual skins.
- "Pass" means a one-time product granting Pro plan features for a fixed period (7 or 30 days). A pass does not renew when it expires.
- "Skin" means a design theme applied to the viewer of an exported tour.
- "Device" means a Windows PC on which a license has been activated under a member's account.
Article 3 (Posting and Amending the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on this website for members to review.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- When amending the Terms, the Company will post the effective date and reasons on this website at least 7 days in advance. Changes that are unfavorable to members or material will be posted at least 30 days in advance and also emailed to each member's registered address.
- A member who does not agree to an amendment may terminate the service agreement. If the notice clearly stated that silence within the notice period counts as consent and the member does not object in time, the member is deemed to have agreed.
Article 4 (Registration)
- A service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies through the Company's registration procedure, and the Company accepts.
- Registration is available with an email address and password, a Kakao account, or a Google account. A social login whose email matches an existing account is linked to that account.
- Persons under 14 years of age may not register.
- The Company may refuse an application or later terminate the agreement if the applicant used another person's information or false information, previously lost membership for violating these Terms, or otherwise fails to meet the Company's requirements.
Article 5 (Account and Security)
- Members must keep their account credentials and password secure and may not disclose or share them with third parties.
- A member who learns that their account has been compromised or used by a third party must notify the Company immediately and follow its instructions.
- The Company is not liable for damage resulting from a member's breach of this Article unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently.
Article 6 (Content of the Service)
- The Company provides members with:
- download and updates of the Panohaus software;
- issuance and online verification of licenses according to the member's plan and purchases;
- account management, including device linking and payment history; and
- payment for subscriptions and one-time products.
- Installation and use of the software are governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA).
- The Free plan is free without time limit; exported tours carry a watermark and plan-based feature limits apply.
Article 7 (Fees and Payment)
- Fees for paid plans are as follows. All amounts include VAT.
- Starter: KRW 5,900 per month / KRW 59,000 per year
- Pro: KRW 14,900 per month / KRW 149,000 per year
- Studio: KRW 29,900 per month / KRW 299,000 per year
- Fees for one-time products are as follows. All amounts include VAT.
- Single tour export credit KRW 4,900; bundle of 3 export credits KRW 9,900 (valid for 1 year from purchase)
- Pro 7-day pass KRW 6,900; Pro 30-day pass KRW 16,900
- Individual skins KRW 2,900 to 4,900
- No charges are added at checkout beyond the amounts displayed on this website.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card or simple payment service through a payment gateway designated by the Company (such as Toss Payments). Business members may pay for yearly plans by bank transfer and receive an electronic tax invoice; the license is then issued once the deposit is confirmed.
- The Company may change its fees. Increases for existing subscribers are subject to Article 8(5).
Article 8 (Recurring Billing and Subscriptions)
- A subscription renews automatically at the interval the member selected (monthly or yearly), and the fee is charged to the registered payment method at each renewal.
- When a member subscribes, the Company states the renewal interval, renewal amount, payment method, and how to cancel, and obtains the member's explicit consent.
- For yearly subscriptions, the Company emails a renewal notice 30 days and 7 days before the renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, it emails a receipt each month.
- Members may cancel a subscription at any time from My Account in two clicks. Service continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. The Company does not show repeated retention prompts during cancellation.
- If the Company increases a subscription fee, it will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the increase applies and obtain separate consent. If a member does not consent, the subscription will not renew after the current period ends and the account moves to the Free plan.
- If a recurring payment fails, the Company retries up to 3 times during a 7-day grace period and emails the member after each attempt. Entitlements remain active during the grace period; if payment still fails afterward, the account moves to the Free plan. The member's projects are never deleted as a result.
Article 9 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
- Members may withdraw from a purchase under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Withdrawal may be restricted once provision of digital content has begun, provided the Company displayed this fact before payment and offered a trial.
- Refund conditions, formulas, procedures, and processing times are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Article 10 (Device Policy)
- A member may have a license active on 1 device at a time on Free and Starter, 2 on Pro, and 3 on Studio.
- Members may deactivate devices themselves from My Account or within the software up to 3 times in any rolling 30-day period (5 for Studio); beyond that, they may contact customer support.
- A device that has not contacted the server for 30 days or more is deactivated automatically, and this does not count toward the limit in paragraph 2.
- One-time products (export credits and skins) are tied to the account, not the device, and remain available after changing devices.
Article 11 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members must not:
- share an account or license among multiple people, or transfer, lend, or sell it;
- circumvent or disable license verification or device limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or attempt to extract its source code;
- remove watermarks or credit notices by means not permitted under the member's plan;
- misuse another person's information or interfere with the normal operation of the Service; or
- engage in conduct that violates applicable law, these Terms, or public order.
Article 12 (Intellectual Property)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Panohaus software, this website, skins, logos, and other Company content belong to the Company or its licensors.
- Rights in tours a member creates and exports from their own panorama photographs belong to the member. The Company claims no ownership of them.
- Members warrant that they hold the rights necessary for the photographs and content they use.
Article 13 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
- The Company may change the Service for operational or technical reasons and will give advance notice of material changes.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, equipment failure, network outage, or similar reasons.
- If the Company discontinues the Service, it will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unprovided portion of any paid period under the Refund Policy. Tours already exported continue to work independently of the Company's servers.
Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disaster, force majeure, or the member's own fault.
- The Company is not liable for revenue a member expected but did not earn through the Service, nor for the content members create.
- Unless the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence, its liability for damages is limited to the amount the member paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months. This does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 15 (Account Deletion)
- Members may request account deletion at any time from the settings page of My Account.
- If the member has an active subscription, the Company first guides them to cancel it; the account may be deleted after cancellation.
- When an account is deleted, all linked devices are deactivated, all sessions are terminated, and personal data is destroyed or masked under the Privacy Policy. Contract and payment records are retained for 5 years as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Tours already exported continue to work after account deletion.
Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The Company and the member will endeavor to resolve any dispute in good faith. Members may also seek redress from the Korea Consumer Agency or other relevant bodies.
- Litigation over an unresolved dispute shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
