Frequently asked questions

Do I need a 360° camera?

No. Besides 360° camera photos you can use 360° images (JPG·PNG·WebP, 2:1) exported from 3D renderers such as D5, Enscape or Lumion.

Where do I publish a tour?

Export a web folder to upload to your website or hosting, or export an offline file and double-click index.html. No server or Panohaus account is needed to view it.

How long can I use the free version?

Forever. You can build and export complete tours with up to 10 panoramas per tour, 4K resolution and a watermark, with no time limit. Free is for non-commercial and evaluation use; client work needs a paid plan.

Does it run on Mac?

Panohaus is currently Windows 10·11 (64-bit) only. Exported tours open in any browser on Mac and phones.
